The Supervisory Board of PC-WARE has appointed three new Managers for the Management Board of PC-WARE by 24. June 2009. Dr. Klaus Elsbacher has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect. As of now, he will be accountable primarily for the areas of Sales and Communication. Hans-Jörg Egger has been assigned the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) and will be responsible among other things for organisational management. Dr. Thomas Reich has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Dr. Knut Löschke and Dr. Tillmann Blaschke will be stepping down from their posts as per 24. June.
